Hurry up and read David Michie's book, "Hurry Up and Meditate". It may just teach you a thing or two about the benefits of daily meditation. It certainly taught me a lot! I find it a bit hard to find time to meditate, however, I am most definitely working on that. This read is a 'starter kit for inner peace and better health'.
